Situated at Lubhu, the two and half storey building is designed in Minimalistic Modern Style.

Two materials, brick and white plaster finish create a simple yet elegant and unique façade.

Open space outlines the building creating a breathing space for its form and function.

Large openings allow maximum natural light and air circulation while the white frames add to the modern look of the building.

An asymmetrical balanced composition of mass and void enhanced visually by the materials used.
